Delhi, NY - The SUNY Delhi women's volleyball team fell 3-0 (11-25, 18-25, 3-25) to Russell Sage College in home match. 

The Gators appeared to be no match for the Broncos Wednesday night, completing the three-set sweep to commandingly take the victory. In set one, Delhi jumped out to a brief and early 2-0 lead before the Gators ran away with the set finishing up (11-25). 

The second set was more competitive from the Broncos, at one point holding a 13-12 lead in a back-and-forth set that saw several kills by fifth-year Sage Renneisen and sophomore Finley Benn; ultimately, Sage would pull away late, earning an 18-25 victory. The momentum carried into the third and final set, in which the Gators posted a dominating (3-25) performance to clinch the match. 

The Broncos move to 2-6 and will next compete in Saturday's tri-match against Plattsburgh and Castleton.
