Strength and Conditioning 

LIFTING SCHEDULE

SUNY Delhi is committed to our student athletes and their improvement as individuals and team members. Delhi's athletic teams utilize Volt Athletics for their strength and conditioning program. Volt programs are developed by a panel of certified strength and conditioning coaches and provide periodized, sport specific training for athletes all year round. Each of Delhi's athletic teams has the opportunity to work directly with a coach on campus who oversees workouts and facilitates off season training.
