The mission of the CADI Fitness Center is to provide current students, faculty and staff with quality facilities and fitness activities in an open atmosphere and in collaboration with various campus departments and student organizations, as to provide programs that will positively influence the overall health and well-being of the campus community.

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Fitness Center Membership
To use the fitness center you must have a current college ID and meet one of the following criteria.
- Current student at SUNY Delhi.
- Current member of the SUNY Delhi faculty or staff.
- Spouse or immediate family member* of a current member of the SUNY Delhi faculty or staff.
- Have retired from SUNY Delhi or are the immediate family member* of a SUNY Delhi Retiree.
- The fitness center is not open to the public, nor are students allowed to bring guests.
*Immediate family member must live in the same household and be 16 years of age or older.
*To obtain a college ID for your spouse or immediate family member an application form must be completed in Human Resources. Once an ID number has been assigned, the family member must have a photo taken by CADI for their ID card.
Fitness Center Rules
Compliance with the following rules helps ensure the comfort and safety of all SUNY Delhi Fitness Center patrons. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the facility.
- Please present your current college ID to be admitted.
- Proper fitness attire is MANDATORY: A change of shoes is required. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. No crocs, sandals, flip flops, open toe/open heel shoes are permitted. Clothing or footwear deemed unsafe or inappropriate will not be allowed.
- Use locker rooms to change. Day use lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis in the Fitness Center, as well as the general locker rooms in the Clark Field House. A lock may be used in the general locker room and must be removed at the end of your workout. Locks remaining on general locker room lockers will be cut off and the contents discarded.
- Cell phones should be used for music purposes ONLY.
- Earphones must be used with all personal music players.
- No unsolicited photos or videos should be taken with cell phones or other devices.
- Please be considerate of Fitness Center Staff and other facility users. Use of foul language is not permitted. Inappropriate conduct or misuse of equipment may result in suspension or termination of Fitness Center access.
- Do not drop or slam dumbbells, weight plates, or weight stacks. Re-rack all dumbbells and weight plates. Equipment is to be used for its intended purpose only.
- Wipe down equipment when you are finished.
- No food allowed in the Fitness Center. Water bottles and sports drinks only.
