Cambridge, MA - The SUNY Delhi men's basketball team was back in action for another conference matchup, falling short to the Lynx of Lesley.
The Broncos entered play having won a hard-fought game against the Fighting Tigers of Cobleskill. The Lynx would see the better of the play in the opening minutes, jumping out to a 15-point lead.
Similarly to the first meeting between the two sides, Lesley would enter the break in front. It would take a double-overtime contest back in December for Delhi to complete the comeback. Despite the Broncos strong second half, the Lynx would hang on this time, collecting the 61-78 victory.
Delhi's top performers included Warren Davis, leading the way for the Broncos, posting 14 points and 6 rebounds. Senior Brennan Heaven also totaled 12 points of his own.
The Broncos fall to 9-13, 6-5 in conference play, and look to bounce back against the Hornets of Lyndon on Friday the 14th.
