Delhi, NY - The SUNY Delhi women's soccer team was back in action Tuesday, earning a 3-0 victory over Cobleskill while earning their second shutout of the season.

From kickoff, Delhi controlled the majority of the match, dominating possession and shots on target. The scoring continued for the Broncos, adding two more goals before halftime sophomore Ava Britsch recorded her first goal of the year, and junior Gabrielle Avallone added to her stellar season scoring way of a penalty kick.

The first half would conclude with Delhi on top 3-0; despite the second half remaining scoreless, Delhi would continue to provide pressure, totaling 36 shots to Cobleskill's two. The Broncos move to 6-4, 1-1 in conference play and will next face Thomas at home for senior day on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 12:00 p.m.
