Six Women's Soccer Players Recognized with NAC Postseason Awards

Women's Soccer has seven players recognized with NAC post-season awards after a stellar 2022 season. The Broncos aren't done quite yet with the NAC Championship this Saturday, November 5th. 

The Green and Gold were led by senior forward Kelsey Innes who was awarded a spot on the First Team All-NAC. She scored 16 goals and added six assists to lead the team in total points. Innes also scored five game-winners and broke numerous Delhi records. She is the new holder of both total career goals (50 goals) and total career points (126 points) for any women's soccer player in Bronco history. 

Olivia Curry, Kasey Bugbee and Andraya Hunt all were selected to the All-NAC Second Team. Curry played a huge role for the Broncos defending very well while leading the team with seven assists. She was a very dependable player all year on the back line and was able to provide some excellent assists to her teammates. Bugbee was a wonder in the midfield, scoring three goals and two assists. She was able to control the game and command her team well as a captain. While Andraya Hunt the Broncos keeper was extremely solid throughout the year with 8 shutouts. She led the NAC in total clean sheets through her very solid season in goal. 

Defender Reanen Goodspeed was then selected to the Third Team All-NAC being a part of eight clean sheets with an assist. She was another Delhi captain that led the team to their first-ever NAC Championship after she started every match. While Kristen Lombardo was awarded Sportsmanship Team honors after being a model player all year for the Broncos. 

The Broncos will play in the NAC Championship Saturday at Husson, kicking off at 2 p.m.!
