The Broncos fall to SUNY Morrisville at home in three sets
 
Delhi, NY - The Broncos (10-9, 5-0) were taken down by future NAC opponents SUNY Morrisville three sets to none Thursday nightThis non-conference loss won't deter any postseason events as the Broncos have already clinched home-court advantage through the NAC West side. They remain undefeated through conference play with a record of 5-0.
 
The first set was a tough battle as the Broncos dug themselves out of a 19-9 deficit. They clawed their way back in but it wasn't enough dropping their first set 25-20. The Mustangs would go on to take the second and third sets 25-12 and 25-19.
 
The Broncos were led by Katelyn Babcock who has some impressive plays, recording eight kills on a .500 hitting percentage. Senior Gabriela Kralik was very active on the returns, posting a team-high of 10 digs. While Jaiden Venute put up 18 of the team's 21 assists on the night.
 
The Broncos will turn to a busy weekend, playing SUNY Poly and SUNY Cobleskill in a tri-match at SUNY Poly on Saturday. Their first match kicks off at 1 p.m. and then they play again at 3. They will then come back to Delhi on Sunday to play SUNY Poly again at 1 p.m. for their final regular season home match.
