The Golden Tornadoes struck first in the ninth minute after putting away a rebound from a great save by freshman goalkeeper Vanessa Sanchez (Jurupa Valley, CA). She had a solid debut in goal, stopping five shots on target.

Geneva would go on to add to their total in the 84th minute to end the scoring total for the day.

Delhi had six new faces in the starting eleven with Sanchez, Lizzetta Myers (Sterling, NY), Riley Schmidt (Montgomery, NY), Ava Britsch (Burlington, NJ), Ava Battista (Scarsdale, NY), and Kaitlyn Hines (Staten Island, NY) making their college debuts.
