Bronco of the Week #8 Chloe Elsenbeck, Reanen Goodspeed (10/23)

As Delhi's fall sports progress through the latter parts of their seasons, numerous new records have been set by our Broncos. Women's soccer's senior captain, Reanen Goodspeed, became the program's all-time starts and games played leader, while volleyball's senior Chloe Elsenbeck set a new record for the most career service aces.

Chloe Elsenbeck

5th-Year | New Hartford, NY | Women's Volleyball

Elsenbeck led Delhi Volleyball to a two-win, one-loss week against conference opponents, securing victories over Cobleskill and Canton and suffering a loss to Eastern Nazarene. The senior played a pivotal role in the two conference wins, averaging 10 kills per match with a .098 percentage, including a Delhi season-high of 15 kills in the Canton victory. Elsenbeck also averaged 5.66 digs per match and secured eight service aces, including six against NAC leaders Nazarene.

Her two service aces in the win over Canton on Saturday were just enough to elevate her to the top of SUNY Delhi Volleyball's All-Time Service Ace leaderboard, with a total of 158, now up to 164.

Elsenbeck and the Broncos wrap up their regular season this week, hosting three matches at home.

Reanen Goodspeed

Senior | Morris, NY | Women's Soccer

After becoming the all-time SUNY Delhi Women's Soccer appearance leader last week with 68 total games played, senior captain Goodspeed has another record under her name. The defender now leads the entire women's soccer program in total games started, after making her 68th start in the Broncos' 1-0 win over SUNY ESF.

Goodspeed and the Broncos will look to add to their legacy this weekend as they start the North Atlantic Conference playoffs on Saturday, October 28th.
