The host Broncos will play Pine Manor for the ACAA title Sunday at 12 noon in Floyd L. Maines Arena. Pine Manor defeated UC Santa Cruz, 60-58, in the latter semifinals contest Saturday evening at SUNY Delhi.

Justin Daoud had a day with 28 points and 13 rebounds, making 11-of-13 from the field and 5-of-5 from 3-point range. Five more Broncos finished the game scoring in double figures as the team delivered the highest single-game point total in the program's USCAA/NCAA era dating back to 2015. Delhi opened the game making its first six field goals for a 16-5 advantage three minutes in. The Patriots answered with a brief run to cut things to ten at 23-13, but SUNY Delhi went on a tear for the remainder of the period, leading at halftime, 62-30. Sixteen Broncos took the court by game's end, with 14 finishing in points.

Glenn Butler made 3-of-4 threes on his way to 16 points, while William Knight buried a trio of threes for 13 points off the bench. Mavenson Therneus was 6-of-7 from the floor as he finished with 12 points, as Norman Wilson connected for 11 points and Jordan Fragale tallied ten points and seven assists. Payton Dean took in five points and six rebounds.

Delhi shot a season-best 59.8 percent from the floor (49-for-82) and connected on 13-of-24 threes. Valley Forge made 40.0 percent (28-for-70) and 4-of-26, respectively. The Broncos controlled the rebounding battle, 58-27, and led, 62-38, in points in the paint. They expanded their lead to as much as 50 points by game's end.

Sunday's championship showdown with Pine Manor will serve as both teams' third meeting of the season, with SUNY Delhi winning the first two. The Broncos posted an 87-58 home win over the Gators on Jan. 14, then rallied late to pull out an 83-82 win on the road at Pine Manor just two weeks ago on Feb. 15. The Broncos and Gators will also square off in the ACAA Tournament for the second straight year, after Delhi rallied from 12 points down in the final six-and-a-half minutes to defeat Pine Manor, 76-75, in the conference semifinals.
