SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (December 11, 2019) – The American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) announced sophomore guard Norman Wilson (Long Beach, NY / Baldwin) as its Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Wilson became the second Bronco to earn the award in as many weeks following a solid three-game performance to help Delhi to a 2-1 week to improve to 7-3 overall.

Wilson began his week with a modest six points with two rebounds against Bard on Tuesday in a team effort for an 81-62 win. He picked up the intensity against Sage Friday, shooting 3-of-4 from 3-point range to finish with 15 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two blocks, despite a narrow 74-72 defeat. The Long Beach, NY native helped the Broncos rebound the following afternoon in an 85-59 handling of Houghton, again dropping 15 points with two rebounds and two assists in another group effort.

Wilson and the Broncos enter winter break having won six of their last eight games. They start up again late December heading to the Utica College Classic. They will face Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 6:00 p.m., followed by the host Utica Pioneers on Monday, Dec. 30 at 3:00 p.m.
