School Records Shattered At Bomber Invitational

Ithaca, NY - The SUNY Delhi track & field team was back in action at Ithaca College for the Bomber Invitational, recording several impressive individual and team performances. 

On the women's side, Zoe Rodi finished in third place in the women's 400m, recording a season-best time of 59.74, earning AARTFC recognition. Charlotte Warner placed 10th in the women's 3000m, setting a new school record with a time of 10:56.67, while Amanda Intrieri finished 7th overall in the women's 800 (2:25.43). 

On the men's side, strong individual performances came from Tawakal Omar, who finished first overall in the men's 60m hurdle with a time of 8.27, shattering the school record and once again earning AARTFC recognition. The men's 4x400 relay of Marvin Markland, Richard Fuller, Leonardo Ballentine, and Neklor Smith took second overall with a time of 3:24.83, earning AARTFC recognition. The squad's performance earns them the second 4x400 relay time in the SUNYAC. 

Delhi will return to the track on Saturday, February 8th for the Blue & Orange Invite in Utica.
