Delhi, N.Y. - The SUNY Delhi women’s tennis team will begin their 2024 campaign when they open their season on the road on Wednesday, September 4th, against Oswego State at 4 p.m. 

The Broncos should be excited to hit the courts in 2024, with the program returning to competition for the first time since the 2019 season. Delhi takes the place of last season’s North Atlantic Conference (NAC) champions, Eastern Nazarene. The conference now includes Husson, Lesley, Thomas, VTSU Johnson, VTSU Lyndon, and Delhi to round out the field of six. 

Sophomore Hannah Shafer acts as the lone returner of the team, having competed on the men's side last season. An exciting group of newcomers fills out the remainder of the squad. 

The squad will look to make a trip to the NAC tournament in their return to action, led by Rasul Jackson, who is entering his second season as head coach.
