WATERVILLE, Me. (October 10, 2021) - For the second straight day, the SUNY Delhi men's soccer team were unraveled with a single goal at the expense of Thomas in NAC play Sunday. Both sides dueled mightily through a scoreless 70 minutes before the Terriers got on the board with a Princiel Kunieki goal assisted by Joshua Joseph.

Goalie Jonathan Walch persevered with five saves on the afternoon, ranking fourth in the NAC with a .807 save percentage. Sunday's defeat marked the Broncos' (2-10-1) seventh defeat of the season decided by one goal.

SUNY Delhi, now 2-4 in the NAC, continues to hold down the fourth and final spot in late October's NAC West Tournament. Head coach EJ Reutemann's squad has three more league matches, beginning with road meetings at SUNY Poly Oct. 16 and SUNY Cobleskill Oct. 19, and finally at home with SUNY Canton in their regular-season finale Oct. 23.
