For the seventh edition of the Bronco of the Week in 2023, we highlight men's lacrosse attackman Benjamin Moscatiello and men's track and field sprinter Joshua Jeffes. Both student-athletes performed superbly over the week with Jeffes competing in the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama and Mostcatiello leading his team to their first win of the season.

Benjamin Moscatiello (Miller Place, NY - Rocky Point) Men's Lacrosse

Mostcatiello claims his the first Bronco of the Week award for men's lacrosse in 2023 after leading them to their first win of the season. Before pouring in two goals and dishing out two assists in the second game to beat Keystone 18-5 on Thursday, Benjamin was involved in every goal in their close loss to Castleton. He scored three of the team's four goals and assisted on the other one.

Joshua Jeffes - (Scotia, NY | Scotia Glenville HS) Men’s Indoor Track & Field

With his second Bronco of the Week selection in 2023, Jeffes is recognized after finishing his 2023 Indoor track and field season on a high note. Over the weekend, Joshua competed in the 2023 Indoor Track and Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama for his second year in a row. Being the only Broncos to compete at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championship this weekend at Alabama., Jeffes ran a time of 48.64 in the 400-meter race, just .45 seconds from another All-American selection.
