Broncos Tennis Falls to Oneonta

Delhi, NY - The Delhi Tennis team faced non-conference opponents SUNY Oneonta on Wednesday, April 10th in a tough duel match, losing 0-9. 

The host Dragons took all three doubles by matching 8-0. The Broncos then suffered all straight-set defeats in the singles competition, including shutouts at one, two, and fourth. After a 6-1 defeat in the first set, Devin Guerrieri then fell 6-0 to Brayden Stuart at three singles in the second set. Jack Madera in the fifth spot was downed by a 6-1, 6-2 score. Sarthak Thapa battled Nate Inzderillo in the sixth spot, ending up on the short end of 6-2 and 6-2 defeats.

With the loss the Broncos move to 3-3 on the season and 3-0 in conference play.

The Broncos will be back at it Saturday, April 13th with a big conference road trip to Thomas College.  Both the Broncos and the Terriers are Undefeated in the North Atlantic Conference.
