Tennis Earns First Athlete of the Week Honors from the North Atlantic Conference

Delhi, NY - The Green and Gold performed flawlessly winning the match 9-0 agaisnt Lesley University over the past weekend. Bronco's Tennis has been recongized by the Northern Atlantic Conference for their exceptional performances, honoring two of our Broncos. 

Moises Saintil - Men's Tennis Co-Player of the Week

Senior | Middletown, NY
Moises Siaintil finished Saturday 2-0 in singles and doubles as the Broncos secured a 9-0 victory over Lesley University. He and his partner in #2 doubles took an 8-1 win against the Lynxs’ double pair. He then concluded the day with a set of wins at 6-1 and 6-0 to take the match in the #2 singles spot, helping the Broncos move to 3-0 in conference. 

 

Devin Guerrieri - Men's Tennis Co-Rookie of the Week

First Year | Catskill, New York 
SUNY Delhi’s Devin Guerrieri’s collegiate career is off to a strong start after conference play this past weekend. Guerrieri remains perfect in singles and has only given up one doubles match in conference so far this season. Guerrieri and his #2 doubles partner had a strong 8-1 match win over conference opponent, Lesley University. He then finished out his day in the #3 singles spot winning both sets 6-0 and taking the match. 

 

The Green and Gold will be back in action today as they head to Oneonta State to take on the Red Dragons @ 4:00pm in a non-conference matchup.
