Newburgh, NY - The SUNY Delhi swim team was back in action Saturday afternoon, taking on a competitive field that consisted of Mt. St. Mary, Purchase, and John Jay. 

Delhi would ultimately come up short on the women's side, while on the men's side, it would collect the victory over Purchase. On the women's side, Adrienne Brill finished second in the 50-yard freestyle, and Isabella Turan placed fourth overall in the 100-yard backstroke. 

On the men's side, Delhi's top performers came from Gabe Johnson, who finished first place in the 100-yard backstroke and second overall in the 200-yard freestyle, and Isiah Eckman, who placed first for the 100-yard breaststroke. The Broncos would also go on to take first in the 200-yard freestyle relay, consisting of Lorenzo Castro, Jed Sanikidize, Gabe Johnson, and Isiah Eckman.

Delhi will shift their attention to the Skidmore Sprint Invitational on Sat. Feb 1st.
