Newburgh, NY – Delhi Swim and Dive journeyed to Mount Saint Mary College for a tri-meet with Adelphi and the Knights on Friday afternoon. The Broncos had three swimmers compete and took third place with both teams.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

On the women's team, freshman Olivia McPeek (Binghamton, NY ) took fifth place in both the 50-yard freestyle and the 100-yard backstroke.

Sophomore Veronica Coe (Oneonta, NY) secured fourth place in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:08.65 and fifth place in the 100-yard breaststroke.

For the men, freshman Sarthak Thapa (Kathmandu, Nepal) was the lone swimmer in the meet, delivering his best performance in the 100-yard breaststroke, where he finished fourth.

Delhi Swim and Dive will head to Lehman College next for a tri-meet including Western Connecticut on November 18th.
