Delhi, NY - The 26th Annual Bronco Classic took place Wednesday evening and saw several good performances, with the men's team placing 1st overall.
On the men's side, first-year Liam Cowdrey finished first overall (16:40.00); senior Sam Lees would be next for the Broncos, finishing fourth overall (18:06.00). Frist-year Nicholas Marks placing in 6th place (19:05.10) and sophomore Silas Bashant in 8th place (19:12.90) would cross the line next for Delhi, helping the squad capture first overall.
On the women's side, junior Amelia Bowman-Mccoy led the charge, finishing third overall (20:25.40), alongside sophomore Mary Bryant finishing 6th overall (21:38.80). Sophomore Evie Eastman rounded out Delhi's top 3, finishing 8th overall (21:55.60). Delhi shifts their attention to the Golden Bear Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 19 at Western New England University.
