DELHI, N.Y. (October 26, 2021) - We go to the pitch for today's Limitless Photos Broncos of the Week, recognizing women's soccer's Olivia Curry (Farmingdale, NY / Farmingdale) and men's soccer's Michael Williams Jr.!

Olivia Curry (Farmingdale, NY / Farmingdale) led the defense through SUNY Delh's two wins at Bard on Tuesday and against NAC-foe SUNY Canton on Saturday. Spurred on by the Broncos' two first-half goals, Curry fended off the scoreless and hungry Raptors, keeping them out of the box most of the game and leaving very few scoring chances that goalkeeper Rachael Scoones picked up on for nine saves for the 2-0 early-week victory. In their regular season finale with the Canton Saturday, Curry and the defense tightened up, holding the Roos to just five total shots that included a very defensive first half and a scoreless match for the first 64 minutes. The Broncos reeled off two quick scores in the 65th and 68th minutes, with only a late Canton penalty kick goal with 1:06 to play accounting for the team's lone score.

Michael Williams Jr. (Lake Grove, NY / Sachem North) scored both of the men's soccer team's goals this week in NAC matches at SUNY Cobleskill on Tuesday and the game-winner versus SUNY Canton Saturday in their season finale. Williams found the net on an assist from John Walsh to jump out in front of the Fighting Tigers in the 25th minute. He got the Broncos ahead early again on the Roos Saturday, heading in a well-struck cross from the left side by Brody Rettle to the bottom left corner in the 28th minute that turned out to be the game-winner for a 1-0 victory. The freshman finished his rookie season as SUNY Delhi's leading scorer with five goals for ten points. He started 13 matches in 16 appearances.
