WATERVILLE, Me. (September 6, 2021) - SUNY Delhi men's golf newcomer Andrew Saar (Binghamton, NY / Windsor Central) received the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Rookie of the Week following a strong weekend series with SUNY Cobleskill. 

Saar won Saturday's SUNY Cobleskill Fall Invitational with a 71 par score on the 6163-yard Cobleskill Golf & Country Club, leading the team to victory in the three-team match with a 311 score against the Fighting Tigers and Sage. The Broncos then hosted Cobleskill Sunday for a dual match, where Saar was the team's fourth finisher with an 80 (+9) to tie for the fifth as Delhi won, 303-366.

Saar and the Broncos take on The Gauntlet this weekend at Shawnee-on-Delaware, Pa. Saturday, Sept. 11 and Sunday, Sept. 12.
