Men's Golf finishes 50 strokes ahead of second place in Delhi Invitational

Delhi, NY - The men's golf team hosted three schools Thursday afternoon at the College Golf Course at Delhi for their first action at home in the spring. They had a great day out on the course filling up the top six spots on the leaderboard and taking home the team win by 50 strokes.

How it Happened:

As a combined team the Broncos would shoot an impressive 290 (+6), which would prove to be 50 strokes ahead of the second-place finishers. Junior Jordan Starley had a fantastic day carding a two under par for a 69 (-2) to win the invite. He would be followed by junior Thomas Christoffersen in second place with a 72 (+1) and sophomore Gabriel Horsford in third with a 74 (+3). Then it would be junior Will Good and freshman Rocco Macera who tied for fourth carding a 75 (+4), while junior Branson Morrison tied for sixth with a 76 (+5).

What's Next:

Delhi will move on to the Gettysburg Spring Shootout at the Penn National Golf Club on Saturday, April 22nd.
