Delhi, NY - The Broncos (1-4) took on RPI in Delhi Tuesday night but were defeated 78-38 in a tough battle. Delhi had nine different players get to the basket, including 24 points from down low.
The first half was a close battle as the lead changed four times in the first period. The Broncos got off and running, scoring seven fast break points. Jayda Allen put up 11 points and added four rebounds as the Green and Gold went into the half down 42-22.
The Broncos continued to fight through the second half but would eventually fall 78-38. Allen would end her night with a team-high of 13 points alongside seven rebounds. Myles Matthias added seven points and five rebounds, including two offensive boards.
The Broncos will be back in action on the road against Wells College on November 29th at 6:00 P.M.
