Chicopee, MA - The North Atlantic Conference Championship took place this weekend as part of a two-day competition that saw the Delhi men's golf team finish in 2nd place.
Delhi's top performer included first-year Grady Glennon finishing as co-champion on the weekend shooting (+5). Glennon's performance was highlighted by a double-eagle on the par-5, 15th hole. Sophomore's Noah Tyler (+8) and Joey Manginelli (+10) were next for the Broncos, placing 4th and 7th overall. Sophomore Ben Swartz (+22) finished 14 overall, and sophomore Vlademir Olenshki (+23), placing 16th overall, would round out Delhi's top five finishers.
Glennon and Tyler's outings earned 1st team All-NAC honors, while Manginelli earned 2nd team All-NAC. The squad will be back in action Saturday, Oct. 19, for the George Cangero Invitational.
