DELHI, N.Y. (October 3, 2017) – The Northeastern Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (NIAC) today announced men's golf sophomore Aaron Oliver (Trumansburg, NY / Trumansburg) as its Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 1.
Oliver placed first at this weekend's NIAC Championships, hosted by SUNY Delhi, topping the leaderboard by four strokes with a 147. The native of Trumansburg, NY shot even on the first day Saturday with a 72, then clubbed a 75 on the second day Sunday as the Broncos won the league title with a combined 599. The competition was played at the par-72, 6,542-yard College Golf Course at Delhi.
