Corey Haight Accorded NIAC Male Athlete of the Week

DELHI, N.Y. (September 19, 2017) – The Northeastern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (NIAC) today named senior Corey Haight (Islip, NY / Islip) as its Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 18.

Haight began his award-winning week by helping Delhi to a team title on Wednesday at the Keuka Fall Invitational. The senior shot a 77 on the 72-par, 6,549-yard Lakeside Country Club on his way to a fourth-place finish, with teammates Alex Fisher placing second and Ryan Florack finishing fifth. The Islip, NY native then turned in a pair of 77's at this weekend's Roberts Wesleyan Redhawk Invitational to lead the Broncos with a ninth-place finish. Delhi officially placed third at the tournament with a 625 at Rochester's Ridgemont Country Club.
