Colleen Darby is an alumnus of the program that will be returning for her second stint as assistant coach having helped coach the program back in 2014. She played on the 2009 and 2010 teams that won back to back Mountain Valley Conference Championships. Darby specialized as the middle blocker on both of those teams. She ranks in the Top 5 at Delhi for blocks in a season and hitting percentage in a season.
