Coach Jordan Brannan enters his first year as SUNY Delhi’s Head Coach of the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Swimming and Diving teams. Brannan also serves as the Assistant Coach of Indoor and Outdoor Track as a distance running specialist. 
 
Brannan joined the Broncos in the Spring of 2024 as an Assistant Coach of the track team working primarily with the distance runners. In his first season, he assisted Head Coach Zack Brown in winning the men's 2024 NAC championships which included 1st place finishes from John Amenta in the 5000 and 10,000, and All-Conference performances by Sam Lees (800m), Mary Bryant (800m), John Amenta (1500m), and Marissa Lombardi (10,000m).
 
As an athlete, Brannan found success in his 5 years with Iona College’s nationally ranked Division 1 cross-country program. With the Gaels, Brannan won the 2019 indoor IC4A 5000 title as well as 2 MAAC individual conference championships titles. Brannan competed at the 2018 and 2019 NCAA D1 cross country championships as well as the 2019 NCAA East Regional championships. Brannan holds personal bests of 14:03(5k), 8:08(3k), 29:43(10k) and 3:50(1500). 
 
As a prep, Brannan trained under Armory Hall of Fame Coach Jim Schlentz at Colts Neck High where he achieved two NJ all-state titles and 2 all-americans marks.
