A: 21
Q: What sport do you play?
A: Lacrosse. I love the game, I started playing in third grade. Once I got to high school I played goalie, I now play attacker.
Q: Tell me about your core values?
A: Family is most important, I always stay in touch with them and make sure they're okay. I work on maintaining my physical and mental health. I have good friends around me so if I ever need them, I have someone to fall back on.
Q: Tell me about your identity other than being an athlete?
A: I am a smart, funny and hardworking person. I'm the youngest child in my family of three. For the last three years, I have been working at a local pizzeria. In high school I went to BOCES, so I knew what I wanted to do in school; I now major in Construction Management. For fun I like to work out, play basketball, hang out with my friends, read, and watch movies. As I continue through school my classes are getting more difficult, so I spend most of my down time studying. i do agreat job balelccing my social life, school and lacrosse. Random fact: I am very good at juggling.
Q: What is something you think is important and guides your life?
A: I think if I am struggling, I will talk to my mom or I will text my best friend. I trust my family, specifially my mother and brothers. They play a signifigant role in my life. I know I can accomplish great things. If other people can, why can't I? If you have a passion you should pursue it, but if you are going to college just to ease by then it is just an economic toll, depending on the person. College is great, college is great to me.
