NAC Honors Broncos For The Third Consecutive Week

Delhi, NY - Outdoor Track and Field has garnered recognition from the North Atlantic Conference. Three Broncos were selected in their respective areas as the conference perfomer of the week, while Josh Jeffes has been named Track Athlete of the Week for the third time in a ROW!

Zoe Rodi - Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Sophmore | Sprinter | Pine Bush, NY
Rodi won the 400-meter event at the Cortland Classic, with her second straight sub-59 performance (58.92). The sophmore sprinter currently ranks first in the North Atlantic Conference with her 58.75 performance in the 400-meter at the Bison Outdoor Classic (April 12) and ninth within the Niagara Region. Rodi also helped her team to a 50.10 time in the 4x100-meter relay for a second-place finish and the top NAC time of the season.

Chris Filatov - Men's Field Athlete of the Week

Senior | Jumper | Pearl River, New York
Chris Filatov placed third in the pole vault at the Cortland Classic, clearing 4.60 meters to tie his school record performance from earlier in the season. Filatov is ranked first in the NAC in pole vault and third in the Niagara Region. The senior Bronco looks to continue his dominance as he heads into Championship weekend for the North Atlantic Conference. 

Josh Jeffes - Men's Track Athlete of the Week

Senior | Sprinter | Scotia, New York
Our All-American took first in the 100-meter dash (10.78) and in the 200-meter (21.84) at the Cortland Classic. Josh currently ranks second in the Niagara Region and third in the North Atlantic Conference with his preliminary time of 10.73 in the 100-meter dash at the meet. He previously rose to the top of the NAC leaderboard in the 200-meter after his performance at the Bison Outdoor Classic (April 12) with a time of 21.62.

The Outdoor Track and Field program will be on the road this weekend as they head to SUNY Oneonta to compete in the NAC Chamionships on Saturday and Sunday.
