Antonio also plays soccer for SUNY Delhi in the fall. Despite the soccer season resulting in a late start to his track and field season each year, he made a big impact as a freshman. Gomes was the teams top 200 meter man in the spring of 2015 and was a member of the school record 4x100 relay team and the 4x400 relay both indoors and outdoors. At the NJCAA outdoor championships, Gomes earned second team All-American in the 200 meters and 4x100 relay and first team All-American in the 4x400 relay where the team broke the school and national meet record.
