Men Capture Perfect Score as Hosts of Bronco Classic

DELHI, N.Y. (October 8, 2019) – The SUNY Delhi men's cross country posted a perfect score Tuesday to win their annual 5K Bronco Classic with 15 points. The Broncos claimed the first seven spots and 18 of the first 29.

Delhi's "perfect seven" featured Aiden Berlinski winning the race at 16:28.7 and Seth Bywater taking second at 16:32.8. Lucas Reilly finished third at 16:49.3, Devon Benarick fourth at 16:55.6, Aidan Cutting fifth at 16:57.7, Ted Oster sixth at 17:07.0, and Aaron Vivlamore seventh at 17:17.3.

The Broncos' field was rounded out by Bladimir Pena (17:25.5), Anthony Cuchel (17:39.1), Derrick Kenan (17:49.1), Jack Hopkins (17:49.7), Frank Martucci (17:51.6), Mathew Sabolenko (17:58.3), Lewis Race (18:04.2), Stanton Baker (18:07.8), Braxxdon Dawson (18:34.0), Vincent Matarese (19:12.9), and Michael Moran (19:29.0).

Head coach Robb Munro's men's harriers are back running ten days from now at the Albany Invitational on Friday, Oct. 18.
