SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (October 17, 2018) – The American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) announced Kobie Lane (Port Jervis, NY / Port Jervis) as its Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week. Lane earned his fourth weekly honor of the season after his exceptional performance at the UAlbany Invitational on Friday, October 12.

The senior placed second in the 8K race with a time of 25:32.1. Lane closed the gap to in the last 600 meters to finish just three seconds behind winner, Evans Kibet. In his fastest 8K of the season, the Port Jervis, N.Y. native helped the Broncos capture a third-place finish.

Head coach Robb Munro and the Broncos have a week off before hosting the ACAA Conference Championships on Saturday, October 27 at 12:00 p.m. at the SUNY Delhi College Golf Course.
