After a busy week of SUNY Delhi Athletics, men's cross country Derek Leiter and women's volleyball's Stephanie Burke are this week's Bronco of the week.

Sophomore Derek Leiter had an outstanding race at the North Atlantic Conference Championships this weekend in Presque Isle, Maine, placing as the top Bronco in 9th overall with a time of 28:32.8 in the 8K race. His top placement led Delhi to a second-place finish as a team while landing him a spot on the ALL-NAC Second Team.
Delhi Cross Country will race in the NCAA Niagara Region Championships on November 11th.

Senior Stephanie Burke, who had recently suffered a season-ending injury, served the first point in what would be her final ace in the green and gold in the team's final regular season match at home. The moment served as a heartfelt goodbye to an incredible four-year student-athlete, honored by opponents SUNY Poly.
The Broncos will be playing in the first round of the NAC Playoffs on Saturday, November 4th at Eastern Nazarene.
