LA PLUME, Pa. (September 11, 2019) – The SUNY Delhi women's soccer team continued its unbeaten season in overwhelming fashion Tuesday afternoon with a 7-1 win at Keystone. Sophomore Kelsey Innes posted a career nine-point day with three goals and three assists, along with goals from Kristen Lombardo, Reanen Goodspeed, Alexa DuBois, and Alexa Scaglione. The Broncos improved to 3-0-1 on the season in their final test before opening their NAC season at Northern Vermont Johnson this Saturday.

Innes got the first two scores for Delhi, the first one coming at 20:38 from an assist by Becky Drumm, and the next at 30:08, assisted by Lombardo. The latter scoring tandem switched roles to set up the Broncos' third goal five minutes later, with Lombardo picking up her first career score from Innes at 35:05 to enter halftime up, 3-0. Delhi quickly squandered any second-half comeback hopes for the host Giants with a quick score from Goodspeed, assisted by Innes, at 46:35. Innes tallied her hat trick five minutes later at 51:46 from a feed by Lombardo, then set up Alexa DuBois up for a score at 69:28. Scaglione capped the Broncos' scoring with a goal at the 74:50 mark. A late Keystone score by Jordyn Olson at 87:33 accounted for the final score of the day and the Giants' lone goal.

Jessica Shultis charted ten saves in a full 90 minutes in net to improve to 2-0-1 on the season. The Broncos outshot the Giants, 21-14, including 12-11 in shots on goal.

Innes' career day puts her in front in all three NAC scoring categories with 19 points on seven goals and five assists.

The win marks Delhi's second straight victory over Keystone. The Broncos defeated the Giants last season at home, 1-0, in a double-overtime matchup.

Head coach Lauren Mackay's team makes the trip to Northern Vermont Johnson this Saturday to begin their NAC season versus the Badgers at 3:30 p.m.
