Agoglia Ends Career Placing Third as Women Wrap Fall Season at Dutchmen Invite

LEBANON, Pa. (October 19, 2018) – Senior Alison Agoglia (Rockville Center, NY / South Side) wrapped up her women's golf career on a competitive edge Friday, placing third at Lebanon Valley's Dutchmen Fall Invitational. The Broncos finished sixth as a team in their fall finale with a 473 total. The competition took place at the par-72, 5,800-yard Lebanon Country Club.

Agoglia shot an 89 for 17 over par, finishing four strokes behind leaders Aine Filler and Kat Hodges from Muhlenberg. Lauren Schnoor was Delhi's next finisher, taking 24th with a 112 score, while Erin Schowerer placed 29th, scoring a 122. Antonia Buon rounded out the Broncos' day with a 150 for 36th place.

The departing Agoglia ended her career strong in her senior season, highlighted with her winning the USCAA National Championship on Oct. 8. She also shot a season-best 78 to win the Paul Smith's Classic on Sept. 29. She finished in the top five in five of Delhi's six tournaments this fall.

Muhlenberg won Friday's event with a 358 total. Marywood placed second at 377, while Misericordia took third at 409. Lebanon Valley was fourth with a 435, as Cabrini grabbed fifth at 439.
