Student athletes must also have reached sophomore academic standing and competed in a minimum of two years of varsity competition at their institution.

Under seventh-year head coach Robb Munro, the Broncos made history in their first season in both the NAC and NCAA Division III by capturing the men's and women's conference title in April, as well as topping the tri-conference meet that included the GNAC and NECC. The women won 14 events, while the men tallied 12 victories.
