The SUNY Delhi Track and Field team traveled south to the College of New Jersey for an invitational this weekend.

The biggest highlight came from senior Keimon Barrow.  Barrow won the triple jump with a huge personal best jump of 15.95 meters (52' 4").  This jump shattered his own school record by over two feet and improved upon his best mark from indoors by over one foot.  The jump ranks as the tenth best jump in America by a collegiate jumper across all divisions.  Barrow also won the high jump.

Freshman Brandon Holliday also posted a win in the discus with a personal best throw of 45.12 meters.  In the 3000 meter steeplechase, sophomore Andrew Davis won the race with a new best of 9:52.13.

Leading the way for the women was freshman Diana Echols.  She posted a top 10 finish in the shot put with a mark of 10.37 meters and placed third overall in the hammer throw with a mark of 34.60 meters.  Also posting top ten finishes were freshman Madeeah Oranchak in the long jump (9th) and freshman Samantha Arrigale in the javelin (10th).

The teams will take the break week off and compete at Cortland in two weeks.
