SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (April 20, 2018) – The American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) today announced its Academic All-ACAA Softball Team. Sophomore catcher Dakota Baker (Bogota, NJ / Bergen County Technical School) was named to the first-team, and sophomore pitcher Jenna Lutz (East Meredith, NY / Charlotte Valley Central School) earned a spot on the honor roll. Baker majors in Culinary Arts with a 3.67 GPA, while Lutz is a Nursing major with a 3.73 GPA.

Baker has played in 15 games, batting .250 (6-for-24) with one RBI. In the field, the Bogota, NJ native holds a .800 fielding percentage with 17 putouts. Lutz has started nine games in the circle with 12 appearances. She has posted an 8.09 ERA through 49.1 innings, recording 18 strikeouts, as well as hurling four complete games.

The Broncos welcome SUNY Canton for a pair of doubleheaders this weekend in their home opener. Saturday's games start at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., while Sunday's contests will be at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. at Robert S. Brown Field on Main Street in Delhi.
