DELHI, N.Y. (September 11, 2019) – One day after receiving the NAC's Rookie of the Week honor, Seth Bywater (Cornwall, NY / Cornwall Central) added another honor Tuesday afternoon as the USCAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. The freshman from Cornwall made a solid introduction to his Broncos career on Saturday after finishing second at the 6-kilometer Vassar Invitational.

Bywater clocked in with a time of 19:35.6, placing second behind teammate Abshir Yerow in the six-team field that featured 91 runners. These efforts helped the Broncos finish third in the event with 63 points.

Bywater and the Broncos make a short trip up Route 28 this weekend when they run at the 8K Oneonta Airfield Invitational.
