Van Earns Pair of Wins at One in 7-2 Drubbing of Keystone

DELHI, N.Y. (April 27, 2018) – The SUNY Delhi men's tennis team posted a 7-2 rout of Keystone in a home match Thursday for their second win in three contests. Aside from obtaining a pair of forfeit wins at three doubles and six singles, Delhi earned plenty of wins the old-fashioned way. The one doubles team of Lac Van and Marcos Andrino fought to an 8-6 victory over Sean Lape and Derek Yenser. Van earned his second win of the day at one singles with a 6-0, 6-1 win over Lape.

At two singles, Jefferson Iliev defeated Yenser in three-set fashion, 7-5, 2-6, 10-4, while Andrino took down Alek Greenip at three singles, 6-4 and 6-3. Mike Beebe earned the Broncos' remaining in at five singles, shutting out Tim Dunbar, 6-0 and 6-0.

SUNY Delhi wraps up its season on Sunday at Utica at 12:00 p.m.
