Fragale's Big Week Capped with ACAA Honors

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (January 16, 2019) – Junior point guard Jordan Fragale (Baldwinsville, NY / C.W. Baker) received adulation from the ACAA as their Men's Basketball Player of the Week following great shooting performances to help the Broncos to a pair of wins. Fragale, who earned his second career ACAA weekly honor, flirted with a double-double in both contests in the scoring and assist categories as Delhi stretched its win streak to four by defeating Northern Vermont, 86-80, on Tuesday, followed by beating Maine Fort Kent, 76-54, on Friday. The Broncos stand at 9-8 on the season.

The 2018 USCAA All-American Honorable Mention selection made 7-of-10 from the field against the Hornets on Tuesday for 19 points, while dishing out seven assists. He then turned in a team-best 18 points and nine assists to go along with six rebounds in the Broncos' rout of the Bengals. It marked the team's first-ever win over Maine Fort Kent, having been unsuccessful in six tries since their first meeting in 2015-16.

Fragale and the Broncos take their season-best four-game win streak on the road for a two-game road swing. They begin by facing Wilson on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., then head out to take on ACAA opponent Pratt on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. Delhi then returns home to welcome fellow ACAA foe Alfred State Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
