DELHI, N.Y. (September 7, 2017) – The SUNY Delhi Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) held its first community service event Wednesday night at the women's volleyball team's season-opening contest against Sage. In addition to the representatives having their teams come fill the stands to support the Broncos, the SAAC also collaborated with the O'Connor Center for Community Engagement in their efforts to raise money for Hurricane Harvey victims, in which they helped raise $100.02 at the match. The Broncos representatives walked around during the game with cans, collecting donations and giving out lollipops. They also had a table promoting the blood drive on campus this Friday, Sept. 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Farrell Center Loft.
